Razing Grace: Part 2 by Amo Jones was…I don’t know what to say, other than READ THIS NOW! This is the second part of a two part book. Be sure to have this one on hand since part one ends on a cliffy.

Take My Anger And My Tears. Seriously, Razing Grace owned me and will be the dark romance book to top in 2016!
This book made me ugly cry and I loved every heartbreaking minute of it. There were so many twists and turns in this book, where to begin.

Amo wove a dark tale that felt like silk through my brain. It’s so smooth you don’t even realize how completely engrossed you are in the story until you notice it’s 3am and you need to be up by 5am for work. I didn’t want to put it down until I had consumed it all. Still when I finished, I was left with wanting more.

As like the rest of Ms. Jones’s books, this one was action packed, with woven in hilarious moments and a stint of ugly crying that made me want to scream and throw my Kindle against a wall. But this is what makes a memorable book for me, the emotion. I will forever remember this book because of the crazy emotional journey it took me on. I absolutely love Raze and Millie together. They are both a little (ok a lot) insane, but the love they have for one another is bone deep. That forever kind of love, no matter how crazy it makes us, we all crave.

I am not one for spoilers so I will just say that there was a point in this book I cried out because of the absolute elation I felt. And like any good book, there is always a villain. In this one, they are a little harder to spot, since they are all, in a sense, the villains.

I cannot tell you how much it warmed my black little heart how the love and loyalty of family was portrayed in this book. The blood in your veins does not dictate who your family is nor does it save you from the monsters that want to destroy you.

I absolutely cannot wait to see what this talented author has up her wicked sleeves next!

Can something that burns so rapidly calm the whispering chaos of your cries? Or is this all just an illusion. The perfect hypnosis. Like the humming of a sweet melody to your frantic brain.
Drip.
Blood trickled over the curve of Millie’s collarbone.
Drip.
Slithering over her shoulder.
Drip.
Sliding off and into the mass puddle of death surrounding her.

The last petal has fallen, a queen is born, and the disarray of her world is about to shatter under her very throne.
